Dr. Jim Jones has a B.S. in Political Science from Moorhead State University and a Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in Human Resource Development. Jim has over 30 years of management experience in 5 different industries. He has consulted for Raytheon, Century 21 and Motorola. He retired in 2005 as the Sr. VP, Human Resources for Trident Health System (an HCA facility). His specialty is talent-based organizational development. 

Jim has accepted a position with Shorter University as the Associate Vice President for Online and Professional Education.  Shorter University's primary campus is located in Rome, Georgia. His role will include the strategic management of online programs for the university to include the College of Adult and Professional Programs located in Rome and Atlanta. Dr. Jones is looking forward to helping change the lives of those he touches every day in the pursuit of excellence in adult education. This includes students, faculty and staff.  

Salle Jones has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and her MBA with an emphasis in Information Systems from Charleston Southern University. Known to her colleagues as the “data collector,” Salle’s talents include exceptional insight into web-based marketing using statistical analysis to develop forecasting trends. As part of that process she develops and administers market surveys used to enhance customer service initiatives and survey data analysis. The ultimate goal is to use the data as a holistic approach to design and develop future strategies for all marketing avenues and the organization as a whole. This includes aligning the organization’s mission and vision with customer service goals that start with the CEO and end with the front line employee. “Marketing is everybody’s business!”

Dr. Dale  Brandenburg has a degree in behavioral psychology, both from Michigan State University, and his Ph.Ddegree in educational measurement and statistics from the University of Iowa. Dale is Senior Associate Research Fellow and Research Professor in Instructional Technology at Wayne State University since 1995. His area of expertise includes training evaluation, impacts of technology implementation, needs assessment and workplace education & training.
